Welcome to My Zen Den Massage and Wellness
My Zen Den Massage and Wellness is a massage practice that started in Wyandotte in 2010 by Stephanie Keffer(lead Massage Therapist/owner) but in 2011 she chose to move it to Allen Park near where she grew up. The practice shares space with Dr. Lisa Aston out of Loranger Family Wellness Center on Allen Rd.
While My Zen Den Massage and Wellness is not a spa we do perform massages in several massage techniques to meet your massage kneads. The main massage techniques are Swedish, Swedish Fusion(which is the most popular) and Deep Tissue. However, if you check out the services page it explains the difference in styles as well as all the techniques that can be used.
The main focus of our practice is to provide relaxation and lasting relief from chronic pain. At any given point in our lives we have experienced pain, pulled a muscle or had a boss completely stress us out. At My Zen Den Massage and Wellness allow us to help reduce your stress and pain so you live a more productive life. There are a host of benefits from getting massage from boost immune system, to reduced pain, eases labor for expectant mothers, improves alertness in children, just to name a few.
