Swedish is the classic technique when it comes to massage therapy. With this technique as with all other massage techniques it is manipulation of the soft tissue layers to help reduce pain and stress to the body. Great for someone new to massage therapy or for someone who needs a lighter touch.

Swedish Fusion
Swedish Fusion takes the traditional Swedish techniques for the majority of the massage but in the areas that are bringing you pain Deep Tissue techniques are used.

Deep Tissue Massage

Deep Tissue massage is designed to relieve severe tension in the muscle and the connective tissue or fascia. Deep tissue massage is often recommended for individuals who experience consistent pain, are involved in heavy physical activity and patients who have sustained some kind of physical injury.

Pre-natal

Pre-natal massage is great for the expectant mother. With this technique Swedish massage is done while the mother lays on her side and back. Pre natal massage is great for helping in pregnancy discomfort and may even help labor progression.
**Not to be done during the first trimester where risk of miscarriage is likely and not during the ninth month at all.**

Is an alternative medicine technique. Each area of your feet/hands they represent a gland or an organ. With reflexology you are able to unblock energy to that particular area in your body making your body once again more harmonious.

Hot rocks therapy is similar to Swedish only the therapist is using heated flat stones placed on key points of the body. The heat of the rocks warms and relaxes the muscles which allows the therapist to work the muscles better.
Hot Stones should not be used if you have certain medical issues. Consult your therapist for a full list.
